Veteran Saints right tackle Zach Strief had to leave Sunday’s home game against Cincinnati toward the end of the first quarter with a concussion.
Subbing in for Strief is Bryce Harris, a third-year pro.
Strief was hurt blocking on a four-yard run by Ingram. He left a New Orleans victory at Carolina early on Oct. 30 with a chest injury, ceded his spot to Harris that night and was out of practice the following week.
However, Strief manned his position when the Saints lost to San Francisco at home on Nov. 16 and started against Cincinnati after fully participating in practices leading up to the Bengals contest.
The Saints (4-5) were down 7-3 to the Bengals (5-3-1) when Strief went to the locker room to be evaluated for what was determined to be a concussion.
Previously this season, Harris played most of a defeat at Dallas in late September when left tackle Terron Armstead left that game with a concussion. He also started in a loss last season at New England, which Strief missed hurt.
